1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOP3A ("the Service"), provided by Zrubix Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SOP3A is a cloud-based platform that enables organizations to create, manage, distribute, and track Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Service includes web applications, mobile applications, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Zrubix Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Data Ownership

All SOPs, documents, and data you create using the Service remain your property. You may export or delete your data at any time. We do not claim ownership over your content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zrubix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
